Sessions that are structured, focused and lead somewhere. Not just discussion, but clear actions people take ownership of.

Practical sessions on communication, meetings, accessibility and personal effectiveness. Grounded in real work, not theory.

About Me
I’m Peter, a coach and facilitator based in Manchester.
Before setting up The GROW Coach, I worked in Learning and Organisational Development at the University of Manchester. That experience shapes how I work today. I understand the realities of large organisations and the challenge of getting people aligned.
I keep things simple. No jargon. Just practical conversations that lead somewhere useful.
