Pricing and how I work

If you’re looking at coaching or facilitation, one of the first questions is usually about cost.

The short answer is that it depends on what you need, but I’ll always keep things straightforward and transparent.

I work with organisations across Manchester and the UK, and most of the work I do falls into a few common formats.

Typical pricing

Here’s a guide to how work is usually structured.

Leadership coaching

I keep pricing simple and transparent so you know exactly what to expect.

Individual coaching sessions are £150 per session.

This includes leadership coaching, career coaching and coaching for people working through change or transition.

Sessions are typically between 60-90 minutes and can be delivered online or in person.

Most people choose to book a short series of sessions so we can build some momentum and focus on what really matters.

If you book a block of six sessions, you only pay for five.

Total investment: £750

This gives us the time and space to explore things properly and make meaningful progress, rather than just scratching the surface.

Before committing to anything, I offer a free chemistry chat.

This is a relaxed conversation where we can talk about what you’re looking for and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Team facilitation and away days

Usually from £450 for a half-day session

Larger or more complex sessions are priced based on design and delivery time

Workshops and training

Typically £300 for a 90-minute session

Longer sessions or tailored programmes are priced accordingly

Focus groups and insight work

Priced based on the number of sessions and level of reporting required

What’s included

Pricing includes:

  • Initial conversation to understand what you need

  • Design of the session or approach

  • Delivery of the session

  • Follow-up where appropriate

There are no hidden extras. If travel or additional time is required, that’s discussed upfront.

A flexible approach

Every organisation is different.

Some clients need a single session. Others want a series of sessions or ongoing support.

Rather than forcing everything into a fixed package, I shape the work around what will be most useful.

The focus is always on making the work worthwhile.

In one facilitated session, a team identified a simple change to how they were working. When I returned six months later, that one action had saved the organisation £30,000 in agency costs.

That’s the aim. Not just a good session, but something that leads to real impact.

Do you work outside Manchester?

Yes, I work across the UK. Travel is agreed in advance where needed.
